The shocks of the day are the fact that Carl was beaten to the King of the Hill award by Roger 'the rocket' South, there is perhaps some suggestion of doping due the dram tic reduction in the Red Bullesq drink supply. The other is that during a cafe stop Dave Campbell was giving food away to a dog instead of baggsying food as it arrives on other peoples plate.
Vaseline consumption has increased five fold, the golden rule is that you never ever double dip. Due to Carl's double dipping nobody appears to be willing to share his special cream.
Lynsey really suffered yet again with tyres and punctures.
As with all the hotels we have again been really lucky. Dave though was in his element due to the fact that dinner was served from a carvery, he did ask the server if he had finished with the beef joint.
It still appears that Dave and Lynsey are enjoying themselves as we keep hearing what we think are positive comments but we still have not found a translator, only one day until we get one.
